Cut the points labels off the packaging (NO PHOTOCOPIES/REPRODUCTIONS accepted).
Prepare a $10 money order or check for shipping and handling.
Specify the address where you want your prize to be sent.
Check to make sure you specified the right sizes, colors, or models (if appropriate)
